Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store full payment details.

Use of Images for Marketing & Promotion

By booking a session with T. Selena Photography, you understand that images from your session may be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.

This may include use on:

• Social media

• Our website and online portfolio

• Promotional materials and advertisements
  

Your images will never be sold or used in a way that is inappropriate, misleading, or disrespectful.

Opt-Out Policy

We respect that not everyone wants their images shared.

• Full Sessions:
  Clients may opt out of marketing usage at no additional charge. This request must be made in writing prior to the session.
  

• Mini Sessions:
  Due to discounted pricing and marketing reliance, mini session clients who wish to opt out of image usage for marketing purposes may do so for an additional opt-out fee of $50, requested in writing prior to the session.
  

Opt-out requests apply to future marketing use only and do not require removal of images already published.

Sharing of Information

Your information is shared only with trusted third-party services necessary to operate our business, such as:

• Online galleries

• Payment processors

• Scheduling and contract platforms
  

These providers are required to protect your information.

Image Storage & Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and images; however, no online platform is completely risk-free. By using our services, you acknowledge this reality.

Children & Minors

The booking client is responsible for providing consent for any minors photographed during a session.
